This weekend has been bank holiday and since it was such beautiful weather I took a trip to Clumber Park which is a National Trust Park in Yorkshire. Ok so the shoes were only on for an hour or so for the purpose of  the pictures (I don't walk around in heels all day!) I definitely got a few funny looks walking around a park in these heels! As it's in between seasons layering is key and as it got a little warmer I can always take the waistcoat off.

Hope you've all enjoyed your bank holiday whatever you've been doing.

Sunglasses- Topshop (Love These)  Ring- Saint Laurent  Lip- MAC Russian Red

Bright Turquoise, Navy Blue, Cobalt and Powder Blue are some of my favourite shades of blue. I have incorporated three shades into my look today. The shirt is from Zara and is part of their current collection for spring. I loved the mixture of blues in this shirt and the white collar and cuffs makes it feel very spring/summer. I styled this shirt with my grey skinny Jeans, Navy heels and American Apparel pouch. If you follow my Instagram you'll know that when I set off to shoot this look it was raining...luckily when we got to York the sun had come out.

Happy Monday thanks for reading!

Gingham is in all the stores for spring and when I saw these trousers I loved them straight away. They are so comfy on and can be dressed up and down. I styled these with my heels (of course!) and a sweater because... lets be honest, spring is taking its time to appear weather wise. These trousers have a matching crop top to wear as a two piece which again I love at the moment.

I've called this post dress up because when I picked my outfit that's exactly what I felt like I was doing... playing dress up! I think it was the tutu feel of this cute skirt.
The weather plays a huge part in my choice of what to wear and when I see the sun shining I automatically think of the most spring looking outfit I can find, hence being swayed towards this skirt. This is a totally different look for me, I don't usually wear skirts in the day but I absolutely love the colour of this skirt (yes my pink obsession continues!) so I made an exception. Let me know what you think.
