Relaxed

Shirt- H&M  Love This   & This   Leather Shorts- Topshop Similar Here  & Here  Shoes- Zara
Bag- Balenciaga  Sunglasses- Vintage Similar Here  Necklace- Topshop & Vintage

I love the relaxed feel of this boyfriend fit shirt.  I wanted to experiment with different looks and if you follow my Instagram you will see I've had my wear out of this over the past few days! It's so wearable and can be paired with skinnys and heels for a casual evening look. I wore this shirt over the weekend to my first BBQ of the year with denim cut off shorts and flats. I've seen a lot of these shirts on the High Street and I've chosen a few of my favourites above. You can click the links to shop the items.

It's no secret that I've been lusting after the candyfloss pink Zara heels. They have been in my last two, maybe three posts so after much deliberating I finally decided I needed them. I really am a huge fan of pastel pink at the moment. I recently bought this neoprene printed sweater from Zara which I absolutely adore. Since it wasn't such a bright and sunny day (is it ever!) adding a splash of black toned it down a bit. Don't want pink overload now do we! Too much of a good thing springs to mind!

Mixing prints can be tricky business as the last thing you want is for it to look too busy. I was a tad  sceptical about mixing a bold floral and a striped sweater but I think it works. I'm converted and will be mixing things up a lot more now. I love playing around with different looks. A Breton stripe is a wardrobe staple and can be mixed and matched with all kinds of outfits. Floral print is everywhere at the moment especially with the spring stock creeping into most stores. I think Spring is well and truly a stones throw away... bring on the warmer weather!

So I know Double Denim is always under debate but personally it's a favourite of mine. That said you have to pair it with the right accessories...so cowboy boots and a Stetson are definitely out of the question. Faux fur and a red lip (another favourite) add a bit of glamour to what is essentially a laid back look.

How would you style your double denim?
