Gingham is in all the stores for spring and when I saw these trousers I loved them straight away. They are so comfy on and can be dressed up and down. I styled these with my heels (of course!) and a sweater because... lets be honest, spring is taking its time to appear weather wise. These trousers have a matching crop top to wear as a two piece which again I love at the moment.

I'm loving these busted knee jeans, ripped and distressed denim is everywhere right now. Now the weather is getting that bit milder I can justify exposing a bit of skin. I experimented with some of my own jeans at home and this was the outcome. I must say I was pretty impressed with how they turned out. ASOS have the best busted knee jeans I've seen on the high street (linked above). I have styled these with a staple white boyfriend fit shirt, Boucle jacket and my pink Zara heels which as you can guess I am obsessed with at the moment! I felt very spring like today.

Have you ever experimented with your jeans or other items of clothing?

The Two Piece

The Two Piece
Yellow Jacket and Trousers Zara Zara  Yellow Floral Trousers and T Shirt- ASOS  Skirt and Blouse- Topshop  Gingham Trousers and Top - Topshop  Skirt and Cropped Top- Topshop

Today's end of week post is all about the Two Piece. This has been thrust back into the spotlight by none other than Kim Kardashian. She is absolutley loving this look right now which I must say compliments her curvaceous figure perfectly. I have to say I love the two piece. You can go either way with it, casual in the Gingham number or full on glam in the pink skirt and cropped T shirt. So ladies up your ab workouts in the gym because I have a feeling that the two piece will be a dominant piece for spring/summer.

Have a great weekend and thanks for reading.

I love this Aztec Print jacket, I have had it a while but it's often my go to piece. I find this piece easy to dress down because it's so bold. I have chosen my trustee leather trousers, staple grey tee (every wardrobe has one) and my denim shirt. That said I always have to accessorize an outfit so today I've chosen my Zara statement necklace and finally my new cat eye sunglasses!

Happy Hump day! Thanks for reading!

This week I'm loving yellow. It's such a beautiful  hue, it's everwhere at the moment and automatically adds a glimmer of sunshine to your outfit. I have chosen some of my favourites above... the Valentinos especially are on my wish list. I have been lusting after these shoes for months and months and to be honest any colour would suffice but the neon is stunning!

Have a great week, thanks for reading!

I've called this post dress up because when I picked my outfit that's exactly what I felt like I was doing... playing dress up! I think it was the tutu feel of this cute skirt.
The weather plays a huge part in my choice of what to wear and when I see the sun shining I automatically think of the most spring looking outfit I can find, hence being swayed towards this skirt. This is a totally different look for me, I don't usually wear skirts in the day but I absolutely love the colour of this skirt (yes my pink obsession continues!) so I made an exception. Let me know what you think.

What a beautiful sunny, spring day! Days like these really inspire me to start looking for spring/summer clothes. I am obsessed with Feline shaped sunglasses at the moment and I'm looking for the perfect pair myself. There are so many to choose from on the high street as well as the designer brands above.  Granted the shape doesn't suit everyone but I for one love them so much that I'll run the risk! I have chosen some of my favourites above, the red Celine pair really caught my eye.

Which are you preferred shaped sunglasses this summer?

Today's look is all about layering. I went for a girly catch up with one of my friends, the sun was out and it felt like spring (Yay!!). I always pick one piece and build my look on that, so today I wanted to bring out my bright jacket. I've added a cosy cream angora sweater and flats for a laid back feel. I rarely wear flats as I always feel tiny but when I saw these studded beauties I made an exception! I was also clearing out my wardrobe which is always a mission and found my old Mulberry bag which is practically vintage! Great day all round.

It's no secret that I've been lusting after the candyfloss pink Zara heels. They have been in my last two, maybe three posts so after much deliberating I finally decided I needed them. I really am a huge fan of pastel pink at the moment. I recently bought this neoprene printed sweater from Zara which I absolutely adore. Since it wasn't such a bright and sunny day (is it ever!) adding a splash of black toned it down a bit. Don't want pink overload now do we! Too much of a good thing springs to mind!
